October 5-8: More Birthday!

The rest of our week went pretty well! On Tuesday, Mick obsessed over a toy catalog with "choo-choos"

And Sara practiced roller skating:

Mick loves to play with Sara's new phone. I tried to get a video of it; it came out pretty cute :)

Peter watching out the window:

A few years ago, the Easter Bunny brought Sara a little Dora plane. Sara never played too much with it, but Mick loves to fly it around!

On Thursday, I took my boys for a run! Peter did great!

Peter is getting a little better about being content. He kind of likes watching the cow:

On Friday, we ate dinner with the Kosiks and Maw-Maw and Papa! Mick loved the dump truck :)

And of course, Aunt Connie made Sara a cake! Sara helped put the candles in it:

Mickey Boy!!

Sara gets so shy when anyone pays her any attention! This is during us singing "Happy Birthday"

Blowing out the candles:
Sara enjoyed her birthday week :) Hope you had a great week too!

October 4: More Birthday!

On Monday, the boys and I brought some cookies to Sara's class to celebrate her birthday! She loved the cookies :)

Mick loved sitting at the table with the kids! One of the little boys asked the teacher "who's this guy?" I guess Mick needs to learn to talk more!

I forgot my camera when I left, and her sweet teacher took this picture of Sara with her easel painting!

After school we played outside- the weather was AMAZING! The kids had fun playing with the drinks left over from the party.

I thought we had a few more years...
During nap time, Sara, Peter, and I hung out! Sara loves to rock Bitty Baby!

Baby Boy!

After nap time, we went back outside! Mick loves to play with the camera!

Peter enjoys being outside... I'm happy he seems to like something!

This is how Mick eats his cookie:

October 3: Milestones and an Air Show!

Sunday was a big day- it was Sara's real birthday, Peter was one month old and Mike and Paw-Paw took Mick to his first air show! Mick loves airplanes and helicopters- every time he hears one he asks me "where'd it go?" and we have to find it in the air. Mike said that Mick really enjoyed it!

Sara, Peter, and I stayed with Amie at the house. Peter tested out the activity gym. He seemed to like it for a little while (and then he cried...) I can't believe its been a month since it was born. To be honest, its been a little rough since he's so fussy, but he seems to be doing better at not crying all the time. He's even smiled a few times! Hopefully, he'll be a smiley happy baby soon (who can sleep for longer than 3 hours...)

Sara enjoyed playing with some of her new toys! I kept trying to get her to roller skate outside, but she didn't want to. When Mick got back she scrambled to pick up all her toys- I guess she was just enjoying playing with her toys without having Mick bother her! I didn't think about that! Sara made this necklace with her new jewelry kit!
Some videos from the air show!

October 2: Birthday Videos!

Sara REALLY wanted a bike for her birthday :) She was excited to get her princess bike!

Sara was so shy when we were singing!

October 2: Happy Birthday Sara!

We had Sara's party on Saturday. I just simply can't believe that Sara is four! I know one day it'll seem like she was so little, but right now she seems so big! We are so blessed to be able to watch her grow up. She had a great party! The weather was perfect and the kids all had a blast!

Sara and her ice cream cake :)

Here's Mick with the cupcake cone!

Peter didn't get ice cream or cake :( Sara did tell him she would save him a piece! She's so thoughtful (sometimes...) A special thanks to Amie and Paw-Paw for holding Peter the whole time- Thanks Amie and Paw-Paw!!!

Sara loved open her presents (of course!!)

In case you're wondering, Mick was rolling his cars on the entrance to the jumper. He's so silly!

The pinata was a big hit- Ha Ha :)

Sara and the hat from her Jessie costume- yee-haw!

Gotta love it!

Happy Birthday Sara! We love you!

October 2: Silly Soccer Girl!

Sara had a soccer game before her party. I didn't go, but apparently she and her friend held hands the entire time. Just how you play soccer, right? But its super cute!

The kids all love the parent tunnel! So much fun :)

September 27-October 1

Hello everyone- hope you had a great week :) We did- we were busy getting ready for Sara's party this weekend. Can you believe she'll be 4!? I can't! Peter is doing well. We have had some rough nights with him, but he seems to be getting better. We'll see. Mick is getting so big and is so much fun to play with! He really loves his cars- he will roll them for ever! He FINALLY enjoys being read to. His current favorite books are "Good Morning on the Farm" and "Please Baby" Its pretty funny though because he isn't interested in the farm animals- just the farm machines! Ha :) He also loves to hide things and ask "where it'd go?" Funny boy! Sara is really getting big! She is enjoying school and she is becoming so imaginative. Sara loves her babies and is always taking care of them; she's a great mommy! She is also getting really good at drawing people. I'll have to take a picture of her drawings. Anyway, here are some pictures from our week :)

I absolutely LOVE the way babies sleep! This is a rare picture- Peter isn't a great sleeper :(
On Wednesday, Amie came to help me with the kids. I really appreciated the help and was thankful to get some housework done! Thanks Amie! She played outside with the kids. Peter enjoyed being outside :) (Did you know Maw-Maw made me that blanket when I was a baby? Pretty cool!)

Here's Mick trying to take the camera (this led to an all out fit when he couldn't have it- he is definitely getting a mind of his own!)
Thursday morning we were back outside again. Peter has taken to this paci. Its rather odd but hey, if it makes him happy, right?

Here is Sara with her baby doll she recently named "Marble" and Mick cleaning out the Cheerios from the stroller. Oh goodness. Let's hope he didn't eat any...

While the boys napped, Sara and I made playdough:

The finished product: green for Mick and who do you think the pink is for?

This is Sara this morning, driving her and Bitty Baby (in the back seat)
Mickey Boy and his cars :) He's such a sweet kid!

Sleepy Peter!

Hope your week was great too! Love you!
