May 19: Zoo!
The weather was still a little nice (not too hot!) so I took the kids to the zoo! Peter is getting so big and wants to see everything also!
May 18: Last Day of school!
On Wednesday morning, Sara had her end of the year party for school! It was a swim party and it was still a little cold, so the kids were a little blue!

I think Sara ate an entire watermelon by herself!
Peter kept busy by chasing the dog:

I can't believe how big Sara is!! She will be in pre-k next year- I am NOT ready for that! Wow!

May 14-17: While the cat's away...
The guys did great without us!
Mick got pancakes after they dropped us off!
They went for a run
The weather was great so they played outside a lot!
and visited Amie and Paw-Paw:
They went to LSU and saw some diggers!
And my baby skinned his knee :(
They went to the zoo!
And looked for airplanes:
I sure was glad to see my guys!

May 14-17: Cleveland!
On Saturday, Sara and I headed to Cleveland to visit the Page family! I was so excited to go, but I was a little sad to leave my guys!
Sara was SO excited- she kept telling me it was her first time on a plane (which it is not!!) She watched out the window the whole time!
In Atlanta, Sara spent the whole time watching planes landing and taking off!
On Saturday night, Sara and Julie enjoyed some "pizza cookie"
On Sunday morning, Jill and I ran the marathon. It was not my best performance, but I had a lot of fun!!
Later in the day, we visited Julie's grandma and grandpa! The kids had a blast!

On Monday, we visited the Disney store (since we don't have one by us...) Then the kids rode a few rides!
Later on the kids made pizza- Yum!
And watched Jake
On Tuesday, we headed to the Cleveland Botantical Gardens with Julie's class. Here is Sara bee and Julie butterfly:

After we visited the gardens, we went into the rainforest room which had lots and lots of butterflies!! Sara was amazed! It really was pretty awesome!! :)
They had a canopy part- Sara and I sat and watched the butterflies for a long time- it was SO neat :)

Then we headed to the Natural History Museum:
the "long neck" dino that Sara wanted to see :)
We had a GREAT visit! Thanks Pages! (and a special thanks to Rick for babysitting so Jill and I could run and go out to eat!) :)

May 8: Happy Mother's Day!
We had a laid back Mother's Day. On Saturday afternoon, we went to Lafayette so that Mike could help Uncle and Aunt Kristin move and so I could visit with Kendra and Kyla (yay!) On Sunday, Mike and Sara helped Nathan and Kristin some more (Sara was so excited to help!) and I brought the boys home.
Sara was SO excited for Mother's Day and really wanted to get me a present from Sears (she saw some commercial- ha ha!) Anyway, she had made me some great art work at school and she also picked out my bracelet (which I now have to wear 24/7) I am so blessed to have my kiddos:

I hope all you mamas had a wonderful Mother's Day!!!!

May 7: Downtown
On Saturday we took Mick and Sara to Toy Story on Ice (a special thanks to Hanna for watching Peter :) ) Sara was SO excited but Mick wasn't quite sure what to think! I think that he enjoyed it though.
Afterwards, we walked down to the river for a little while. Here are Mike and Mick with the USS Kidd (there was a train passing by and Mick was much more interested in that!
