Painting

Today Sara and I got out the watercolors.  Sara was more than content to just paint the paper with water... oh well... at least she had fun!

Natural History Museum

On Sunday, we went to the Harvard Museum of Natural History (it was STILL raining) Sara loved it!!!

They had a whole room of bones of freaky animals that evolved in South America (since it was isolated) and this was a giant armadillo thing

Later that night, we couldn't find her... she was in the bathroom with her back pack brushing her teeth!

Roof

One day last week, we had to park on the roof of the parking garage for our gym, and it offered a great view of the Charles:

Around Here

Here are some pictures from our days around here.  We have been playing outside a lot to enjoy the nice weather.  Sara loves to play in the backyard with the balls that belong to the boy next door.

And, of course, we often go to the playground.  Sara loves this space saucer thingy.

And she loves to swing!

Sara likes to hang out on this window seat. I know we're bad parents... we let her watch her DVD player! But hey, she just travelled cross-country! She needs to relax a little :)

Sara got this baby doll and stroller from Amie and Paw-paw.  She loves it.  I mean LOVES it! The baby goes everywhere with her and if she could bring the stroller too, she would! Today when she woke up from her nap, she walked out of her room pushing the baby in the stroller. It was too funny!

And you might be able to recognize this song!

This is funny!

And you probably won't recognize this song... I think she made it up :)

Fun in Cambridge!

On Saturday we went to Cambridge for the day. Here we are in front of a statue of John Harvard. Actually, its not John Harvard because they don't have an image of him, so its a statue of some guy posing as John Harvard... interesting, right?

Sara and I on the steps of some building. I was trying to keep track, but I had to give up. Sad, I know :)
We went to the Curious George bookshop! Sara had fun there :)

We thought this was interesting... that's the address 0 Church Street.

We stopped to get some muffins and Sara played.

This is the crew team I guess getting ready to practice on the Charles. We'll have to try to take a picture of them actually rowing (or whatever you call it) next time!

Heading to the playground at Cambridge Commons

I think we all needed a nap... but Sara is the only one who got to take one!

We ended the day with yummy cookies! It was a blast to visit Cambridge and we are going to try to get to Boston next weekend!

More pictures from Louisiana

I also found some cute pictures of Sara :)

Playgrounds!!!

We're having lots of fun in Boston.  The weather has been in the mid to high 60's with no clouds at all! So we've been enjoying all the playgrounds... there are a ton!!! Here are some pictures and videos.  I promise to put some more up soon!

Pennsylvania

Next we stopped in Pennsylvania to visit Abe and his family.  Sara and Abe had lots of fun playing! After dinner, we walked down to the playground to get out some energy before bedtime!

Leaving Cleveland

Sara sure was sad to leave Cleveland!
Sara and Julie were super cute when they said good-bye!

Sara sure was tired when we left, but we all had a blast! Thanks Page family :)
