After breakfast, we headed to the Magic Kingdom. We arrived just in time for a parade- there seems to one about every thirty minutes.
Oh my kids and pictures...
Next we rode the carousel- it was a big hit!
This picture is for Uncle Ken- apparently I passed my talent for falling asleep in the line for Dumbo on to Mick:
Sara LOVED Dumbo- she told Mike she was the pilot :)
And of course everyone loved "Its a Small World"- we're still singing the song...
Can't pass up that popcorn smell...
Next we checked out the Haunted Mansion (we were a little afraid...) and Peter Pan's flight (loved that one!) Poor Mick didn't really like the indoor rides. He would hide his head in my chest and just wait for it to be over.
She doesn't look too excited, but she loved Peter Pan:
Next we played at Pooh's Playful Spot!
Sara loved ringing the bell by Pooh's door:
Sara and Julie got a little wet:
After a wardrobe change for the girls, we headed to the parade with princesses:
Poor Mick needed a bottle:
There they are :)
After the parade, we let the girls pick out a souvenir on Main Street USA and then we rested our feet on the train for a little while.
Mick was all about walked around the train station:
And Sara was all about her figurine set she picked out:
We had dinner at the Polynesian. Julie and Sara barely ate but they were so good and played with their figurines the entire time:
We had a great view of the fireworks at magic Kingdom. They even played the music for the fireworks in the restaurant. Sara was impressed and lined up all the figurines so they could watch too:
Too much magic for Mick!
It was a great day in the Magic Kingdom!
