And Mick got to hang out with Aunt Martha:

Aunt Martha knows just how to win Sara over, she let Sara pick out cupcakes. As a result, the cupcakes were either pink or brown or both. There is no doubt that those are Sara's favorite colors! Aunt Martha also told Sara to pick out one cupcake for everyone. Sara took her job very seriously and spent a couple of hours assigning everyone a cupcake (everytime she did it, we would all get a different one. All the cupcakes had little fingerprints in them... silly girl!)

They sure were yummy!

Sara LOVES to check on Mick. She usually wakes him up, so its really not that helpful. I will also find all kinds of things in his crib that she gives him to comfort him. Sometimes she even gets in there with him. She is just trying to help, right? She is so sweet!

On Thursday, we went with our new playgroup to an indoor playspace (since it was like a million degrees outside). Sara particularly liked this riding thing:

On Friday, we rode to Lafayette to visit Amie and Paw-Paw. Paw-Paw "e-mailed" Daddy on this calculator that Sara uses to e-mail. Daddy told us to "be safe" on the way home :)

If only he could get those feet into his mouth!!
On Sunday, our AC went out, so we took refuge at the Kosik's (thanks so much Uncle Ken!) until we could get it fixed today. Mick had a fun time!
| From June 2009 |
It rained this afternoon (cooling everything down a little), so on our way home from the Kosik's we took Sara to City Park to get out some energy

I can't seem to get a good video of it, but Mick can now roll like a pro! He is really good at rolling from his back to his tummy, but he's still working on rolling from his tummy to his back.
We're doing great and enjoying our summer! Hope that y'all are well (and cool!) Love you :)
