November 26: Ollie's Baptism

After our visit in Rayne, we headed to Ollie's baptism. It was so nice and he was definitely the cutest baby baptized :)

And for good measure, here is a picture of my boys torturing him:

Amie and Paw-Paw got out their Christmas decorations and Mick loved this pull train:

Amie even offered to get him one if he went potty. When I reminded him of that he said "I no want Christmas train." Awesome. Maybe one day he will be potty trained.

Holding up his head- Ollie is getting SO big!

I'll use this opportunity to say the boys have started fighting. About everything. Its going to be a fun 18 years I think :)

November 24-26: Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and we hope you did too!

The kids had to decorate the pumpkin cupcakes in the morning (and they did a great job! :) )

When Nonna and Baba arrived, we had to look for the shark since it followed them from Tomball. It wasn't in the truck:

Our Thanksgiving meal:
Mike made the turkey and bread (which were both great) but the best thing by far was the shrimp and grits (and sausage)! YUM!

November 18-20: Lafayette

The weekend before Thanksgiving Mike was out of town (of course... he was basically gone from mid October until Thanksgiving) so the kids and I spent the weekend with Amie and Paw-Paw in Lafayette. We had a nice visit!

On Saturday morning, Paw-Paw took Sara and Mick fishing!

First things first, they had to find bait!

They had a lot of fun- Sara really enjoyed it and Paw-Paw taught her a lot! Mick hooked a fish, but he ran away (like I did when I was his age...)

The boys watched Cars 2 about a million times- they LOVE it!! I feel like I have cars coming out of my ears- they are EVERYWHERE in my house! Peter would walk in the living room and point at the TV for us to turn it on :)

Peter enjoyed Ollie's swing!

And we went fishing again on Sunday- Sara loved digging for worms!
